PVC (Plastisol) liquid coatings are typically applied externally on electrical fittings. For standardization purposes,
the color applied is Grey. The hot dip galvanized posts and accessories are sweep blasted to achieve good adhesion between the substrate and the coating.
A primer is applied prior to the final application of the liquid coating we have ARAMCO approval under their Vendor Code No. 10014197.
The thickness of the coating is typically 1000 microns.
